“Strutture Dissipative” is a framework of audiovisual experiments dealing with the notions of emergence and complexity inspired by the work of the belgian chemist Ilya Prigogine, who in the ’70 studied the behaviors of complex systems and thermodinamic systems.
His seminal work is been extended to social sciences phenomena and helped the rise of a kind of complexity studies in the ’70-’80, leading to recent speculations about a deep ecology approach and a paradigm where human urge to seek new ways to be in equilibrium with his surrounding environment.
